  • 1.  City Inspection Warrants

    Hello all,

This is my first post on here.  I've served as City Attorney for about 9 years.  I've never sought an inspection warrant for a property.  I want to be able to start doing that and was going to cobble together my own forms to do so, BUT, I was curious if someone was first willing to share an example Motion, Affidavit, and Warrant that you may use for your own City?  If not that is fine, but I thought I would check on here first.  Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Brian W. Copley
