Music Licensing Agency Agreements

    All, 

    Are there other municipalities signing Music Licensing Agency Agreements with ASCAP, BMI OR SESAC? The agreement we are considering states on the top line that it is "made in New York" and further states it is "to be wholly performed in New York."  Has anyone else considered this type of agreement and is willing to lend some advice or insight on if they are in fact necessary? Thank you for your consideration on this!
