I represent a Village in Cass County that has an abundance of stray cats that are causing problems for other property owners. Many of the cats are sick and need veterinary assistance. The Village would like to remove the cats but they have had no luck in finding any services or resources to help with this process. There are so many cats that the Village feels that TNR would not be effective. 

Are there any resources that your municipalities have used to combat this problem? Are there any suggestions that would assist with this issue?
