Welcome to the Member Community for the NSBA Juvenile Law Section. This Section is dedicated to monitoring, studying, and evaluating laws, rules, and procedures that relate to the rights of juveniles in both civil and criminal systems. The Section may also propose public service or public education programs to benefit youth both in and outside of the juvenile justice system.
We are delighted to offer this interactive forum to our members. If you have questions or ideas for how we can improve this community and its resources, we want to hear from you.
