Dear City Attorneys:
I am pleased to report that on October 10, 2025, the NSBA House of Delegates voted to establish a City Attorneys Section of the NSBA. I wanted to express my appreciation for those that took the time to sign on to the petition to create the Section and thank those who volunteered to be engaged in the inaugural leadership team for the Section. The NSBA's Section Facilitator, Bri Peteresen, will be working with those who have indicated an interest in being involved in leadership to formalize the bylaws for the Section and plan Section activities for 2026. If you are interested in becoming more involved, please reach out to Bri Petersen at bpetersen@nebar.com
Please note that when you receive your NSBA dues statement for 2026, your statement will automatically (and complimentarily) include you in the new City Attorneys Section.
