Dear TPSL section,
I'm reaching out on behalf of the executive committee because we are assembling a panel for our upcoming lunch-and-learn, Pizza & Privacy with the TPSL Section, and we'd love to include your expertise.
This program will take place on November 6, from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at Creighton Law School (Room 124). Attendees will enjoy complimentary lunch and the opportunity to learn from experts on today's most pressing data privacy issues, including:
- State privacy regulations
- Health data privacy
- Data systems privacy
- Cybersecurity
- Breach management and recovery
We are specifically seeking a panelist who can bring insight into the attorney-centric implications of data privacy...how evolving laws and risks affect legal practice, client counseling, and professional responsibility.
This event will be free to attend and will provide both substantive learning and networking for our members and law students!
If you're interested in joining us as a speaker (or know someone who might be a great fit), please reach out to me directly. We will be hosting a similar event at Nebraska Law in the spring, so if that is a better fit for you, let me know and I'll put you on our list and reach back out!
Thank you!
