Hello-I am the City of Valentine attorney and am looking for assistance with templates for the following projects that we have brewing:
- Housing Development Program to encourage contractors to accept either dilapidated housing properties and build spec home or accept cleared lot by the City for building spec homes
- Interlocal Agreement with School for a community building on school property
- Policies and RFPs required by the Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. You don't have to provide answers to all.
