Welcome to the Member Community for the NSBA Technology Committee. The Technology Committee will:
- Evaluate and make recommendations to the Nebraska Judicial Branch from the perspective of the practice bar regarding the Court’s case management system, regulatory portal and its rules related to lawyers’ use of technology in the courts.
- Assist NSBA members in enhancing their practices, adapting to technological innovation including artificial intelligence, and achieving reasonable technological competence in all aspects of their practices through CLE, product recommendations, model policies and other tools; and
- Advise the Association on how it could improve its use of technology for the benefit of its members.
