Good morning all,
I have been charged with moving forward on enforcement for the few delinquent special assessments we have on the books. I am currently working on a resolution to put before the city council and then moving towards foreclosure. The last time this has been completed in Norfolk was over twenty years ago. I would appreciate seeing an example of what your community does and how you have moved these forwards for payment. Thanks for any assistance on this.
