TPSL Committee Members:
I have a potential client that needs to obtain deleted text messages from March of 2023.
His carrier was Verizon. Assuming they kept them at all, it was likely not for long.
He switched carriers on April 1 and still has his sim card used while he was with Verizon.
Anyone know of any technology experts/forensic experts that could help him retrieve the deleted text messages?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

Subject: The Nebraska Lawyer Tech Corner Ideas Wanted
Dear TPSL section,
As you may be aware, there is a section in The Nebraska Lawyer dedicated to tech - called the Tech Corner. We wanted you all to be able to share tidbits and links to software, other articles, and other helpful information that could potentially be posted in TNL. Please click on the link that is in the attached document. This document will also be stored in the community library for you to reference at a later date in case this thread gets buried.
Thank you!
