  • 1.  Use of Highway Funds

    All:

     

    Is it permissible to use highway funds under Neb. Rev. Stat. 39-2520 to purchase a maintenance plow truck that is primarily used to plow and patch roads but also has other incidental uses unrelated to roads?  Thanks.

    I agree with the previous answer of yes. As long as the primary purpose is for maintenance and repair of public highways, roads, and streets.
